Rik Feeney scores a 10.0 with both gym Journal & Meet Survival Guide and Gymnastics Journal. Journal Gymnastics is a journal of 79 pages for gymnasts to write their thoughts. What is different with his diary that he took pictures around a gym club and save these images in the background of the pages of the Journal. These images range from gymnastics moves, a trainer at work, and even someone chalking their handles. The images themselves can be a stimulus to reflection and any gymnast would enjoy this magazine, but this could be the best for recreational gymnast.
Gymnastics Journal & Meet Survival Guide takes the paper further. All pages of the Journal are in gymnastics and then there is another section for the competitive gymnast participating in meeting. This additional information includes a "My Favorites page, monthly planning schedules, general information meet, meet scoring sheets and answer opinion pages, Word Search, the signature pages and pages of addresses. I liked the Meet feedback pages as they allowed the gymnasts to examine how they played, they were proud, and what they wanted improve. The autograph section is useful to get the autographs of new friends were made and the occasional elite gymnast who could be perceived at a meeting. The General meet information is also useful for parents who were attending their first meeting. Rik knows what gymnasts as as he has packed the book with all their favorite things in a book.
