male gymnasts diet

Most people think that to build a physical murderer, you have to lift heavy loads and the use of fancy equipment to adequately provide the muscles of his success from all angles.

I say nonsense. You can build a lean muscular physique without lifting weights, without fancy equipment and no access to a gym.

And what's more … I can prove it to you.

You see, the reason people mistakenly believe you have to lift heavy Use weights or fancy equipment to build muscle is because that is what they want to believe.

Who are "they"? Owners gyms and commercial equipment manufacturers.

But the truth is that many men have built an incredibly physical muscle without lifting weights or using expensive equipment.

In this article, I will examine three very different cases where an individual muscle built and consolidated again without relying on weight training or access to the commercial gym.

Example # 1: Herschel Walker

Herschel Walker was one of the NFL Top runners of all time. Yet few people know it was a "dwarf" in his youth. At age 12, Herschel Walker was only 5'3 and 100 pounds. But through a simple routine of push ups, crunches, push-ups and sprints, Herschel transformed his physique in the ninth grade and weight of 185 pounds of solid muscle.

Herschel became so strong that he could do push-ups with his wife in this round. In interviews, talks Herschel do 1,000 push-ups a day.

Example # 2: male gymnasts

If studying the constitutions of the high level male gymnasts, you will notice that many of them are more muscular than some bodybuilders!

You will notice especially in the incredible back development in many male gymnasts biceps. Very few men gymnasts lift weights … However, many have only to lift monstrous biceps its own weight. So … Once again, it seems you do not have to lift weights to get big muscles.

Example # 3: Old-Time Strongmen

If you study the images of the strong men of yore like Eugene Sandow, you will notice that many of them have lean, a muscular physique, but these men died long before most of our fancy weightlifting equipment was invented.

So how could these men develop impressive as physical? Well, once again relied on a series of exercises very effective body weight to build muscle and strength.

Verdict: These three examples show that you can build muscle and strength without relying on weights, fancy equipment or access to the commercial gym.

And that's a good thing because some people can not afford expensive gym memberships. Some people just prefer working at home. Some people do not live anywhere near a gym.

And travel a lot and some kids need a routine that can be done anywhere.

That's the beauty of a body weight exercise program only. You do not need any equipment and can build muscle using both your arms and legs.

So next time someone tells you that you need to lift weights to build the muscle … hamstring point of development in a Olympic class sprinter. Do you think it has massive hamstrings to bend your legs?

Or the biceps of a male elite gymnast. Do you think it is massive weapons do curls? No way. You can even show some pictures of old forts time he lived and died long before the modern exercise equipment was ever developed.

So to summarize, I have offered three individual case studies that demonstrate no need to lift weights, use fancy equipment or drive a commercial gym to build a muscular physique.

Many others have built lean muscular bodies using only bodyweight exercises and you can too.
